Visiting the Wares!

I have so much catching up to do on here, so I'm going back a few weeks to our trip to see one of my best friends and her wonderful family, the Wares, up in Northwest Arkansas. Amanda is almost due to have her 2nd baby, so I was so glad to see her during this exciting time! We had such a wonderful time with them, and we, especially James, enjoyed getting to play with Harry.

"We're on our way to Harry's house, to Harry's house, to Harry's house!"

ALL BOY!!

I love this picture of the back of their heads. They all have such different hair!
Watching the neat parade in downtown Bentonville

One of the highlights for Josh was getting to go to the Georgia/Arkansas game with James! Amanda and Chad were so awesome to get tickets for them, which was a dream of Josh's to take James to a game, and they had the best time together. Georgia won (sorry Amanda) and Josh had some really funny James stories.

"Gooooooo
Dawgs, Sic'em
Woof, Woof, Woof, Woof, Woof"
(Can you tell their excitement?)

One of the highlights of the trip for me was getting to meet The Duggars! I am a huge fan of the show (it's really good if you haven't watched a few), and I just have a lot of respect for them, so I was thrilled when Amanda told me we could drive by their house. When we got there, we saw that it was just right off the road, no gate, so inviting...so, after about 45 minutes of going back and forth on whether we should go knock on their door and meet them and calling a few friends for advice, we just WENT FOR IT! Anna, who just had her 1st baby today, came to the door and was so nice. She talked to us like there was nothing she'd rather be doing. The little kids kept coming up to us, smiling, saying hi, etc. They are the cutest family!! The parents were at a speaking engagement, but I was still thrilled!!

The best part of the weekend, though, was just getting to talk and hang out with our dear friends. We are so thankful for them!

Jack is as happy as can be lying down between Daddy and Brother

All in a Morning!

This morning was very interesting in our house! James decided to dump green sprinkles onto his train table.

Then....
James told me he needed to burp and feed B-bear.
