Dr. James

James was doing something he wasn't supposed to here (climbing on his chair in the pantry), so he closed the door to hide from me. I opened it and couldn't help but laugh. I ran and got the camera.

James loves his doctor and loves to play doctor. I'm so glad he loves it, because he never fights me when he has to go to the doctor! He even has told me several times when he has hurt himself, "I need Dr. Horner!!" When we play doctor, he gets very still and lulled and you can tell he just loves it.

Jack's First Church/Baby Dedication

What a wonderful day this was! We got to debut our little man at church and have his dedication today. We are so blessed to have such an incredible, loving church family who loves us and will be there for our kids throughout their life!

Perfect weather for the Zoo!

Josh and I had our first big outing with James and Jack today! The weather was gorgeous, and we were stir crazy from being cooped up in the house to keep the boys well, so it was so much fun! I put Jack in my baby wrap, and Josh chased James around. At one point, James got so excited and ran faster than I've ever seen him run before. We both died laughing seeing him kick into this gear that is almost unbelievable for a 2 1/2 year old. His legs and arms were hilarious to watch!

The gift that keeps on giving!

Aunt Barbara made this jacket for Matthew when he was 3 years old. She picked a good family to make this jacket for. Between Matthew, Thomas, James, and Jack, we will get a ton of use out of it!

Potty Training and Smiling!

James told me today that he wanted to go pee-pee in the potty. He went like a pro and was so proud of himself! He went all day for two days (but no poo-poo), but then the third day didn't go so well. With baby Jack taking so much of my time eating right now, we're going to postpone potty training for a little while!

Jack also gave his first big smile today! I couldn't catch it on camera, but it was the best! Today was a big day!

Mr. Fireman

James loves this hat and loves to pretend with it. Today, he took this red piece from another toy and made it into a fireman's belt!
